BECC Executive Suite
The BECC Executive Suite consists of a POD Format classroom (1122) as well as a conference/breakout room (1123).
To get started hosting a meeting in 1122, simply turn on the room from the touch panel. You can do this by tapping any button on the display.

The button layout for this screen is, from bottom left to far right side:
1. Sources to display to the projector/monitors in the room
2. A map of the PODs and their displays in the center with their associated sources below that
2. “Send All to Default” to send each POD and the projector to their separate Solstice
3. “Send to All” to send the selected source to all PODS (3 and 4 are to the right of the map.)
4. At the top right is Power
5. Below that is “Disconnect all Solstice” which disconnects all Solstice devices and anything logged into them
6. Volume controls for the room’s microphones and speakers is on the far right side
The Conference/Breakout space functions like other conference spaces.
It has a wall panel for power, sources to send to the monitor and volume.

The buttons on this panel are:
1. Laptop HDMI is at the top left
2. Solstice is next to that
3. Volume is along the bottom
4. Power is on the bottom right
You have connections in the table for HDMI, Ethernet, and USB plugins for power as well as a USB cable for control of the logitech camera on top of the monitor.
