Yes, and no.
While we can offer a diagnosis, our services beyond that will be limited with at least a 3 business day turnaround time, which is subject to change based on the complexity of the issue. We DO NOT have the proper equipment to make a detailed diagnosis, but we can determine whether or not the issue is repairable by us, and what the root cause of the problem may be.
You will be responsible for making your own backups as we do not take liability for data loss. Your Bradley account comes with unlimited storage through Google Drive, or you can make a backup to an external hard drive. All college students should learn how to backup their devices regularly.

We can offer a Chromebook loaner during the repair time (whether we do the repair or not). You will need to contact your manufacturer or retailer where they purchased the device for repairs.
Please contact the service desk at (309) 677-2964, email [email protected] or submit a ticket online at https://support.bradley.edu in order to make a request for a repair diagnosis or to reserve a Chromebook.
