What do I do if the Instructor PC doesn't display in the room?

Ensure that the PC and monitor are powered on.

Check the PC settings

Check that the computer is recognizing that the HDMI cable is connected (It will show up as a display and audio option)

Ensure that the audio and/or video is set to output through HDMI

Check and reseat all the cables and connections.

Ensure that the Projector is on and the correct source is selected

Note: In the BECC, you have to select the source, then send to all.

If they have a specific application that they need to display from the Host PC, set them up with an HDMI cable and a projector on a cart

If they don’t and the Laptop HDMI is showing up, set up a loaner laptop to get them going.
