Power BI - Free (Faculty, Staff & Students)

Students, faculty and employees of Bradley University may receive a MS Power BI (Free) license, without departmental charge, by submitting a request to the IT Service Desk.

Windows Users:


Users with computers using Microsoft Windows may use the Power BI Desktop application directly on their computer, free of charge. It can be used in conjunction with the M365 Cloud application. Apple users may not use this option, as it is only offered for Windows-enabled computers.

Bradley Course Enrollments featuring Power BI: Bradley University students enrolled in a course featuring instruction or exercises utilizing MS Power BI will automatically be assigned a software license to allow access to Power BI through the M365 Cloud portal using their School Account.

Requirements:


● The student must be registered to access their assigned M365 school account using their Bradley email address.


● The student must be enrolled in the corresponding course for automatic license assignment. 

Power BI - Pro (Faculty & Staff ONLY)

Power BI (Pro) licenses may be obtained by faculty and employees of Bradley University upon request through the IT Service Desk. License management and assignment will be managed by IT; the annual internal cost for each license may be charged to your department.
