Westlake 116 South Mic Quickstart

You will find two types of wireless mics in Wes 116.

1. Wireless Handheld

2. Lapel/Lavalier Mic

You can find these microphones in the podium drawers on both ends of the room.

You will also find receivers in the podiums at each end of the space.

Each end of the room is equipped with two receivers. This means that both microphones can be used simultaneously when the space is separated, and all four can be used simultaneously when the space is combined.

You will find these controls on the right touch panel on the south podium.

Just tap "Settings" and the dropdown will appear.

To turn the microphones on, you flip the switch on the face for the Handheld

And flipping the switch on the top of the Lav Mic.

Both of these microphone types have a battery pack installed.

Please refrain from using consumer batteries in these mics.

You will also find Charging bays for the battery packs inside each podium.

To use the charger, simply flip down the door and insert the battery pack.

And insert the battery pack as shown below.

When you close the door again, it will start charging.

Note: If the Battery pack doesn't charge, please call the Service desk and we will get a replacement.

Please be sure to turn all mics off when leaving the room so that the battery packs stay charged for as long as possible.
