How do I connect a Vizio Smart TV to the Bradley Network?

Vizio Smart TVs seem to have a setting off by default that makes it so they will not connect to BUOther.
That setting is DHCP. To manually enable DHCP, navigate to Network > Manual Setup > DHCP. At this point, you will want to press the right arrow to turn DHCP on. Once you do this, the TV should be able to connect to BUOther.
