I cannot connect to BUsecure WiFi with my iPhone/iPad

If you have an Apple iPhone or iPad running iOS 15 and up, you may have issues connecting or staying connected to Bradley’s BUsecure wireless networks.

To quickly resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. Tap Settings.
  2. Select WiFi.
  3. Next to the wireless access point you are trying to connect to, tap the information button (blue “i” in a circle).
  4. Toggle off the Private WiFi Address setting.
  5. Toggle off the Limit IP Address Tracking setting.

Hints & Suggestions

  • If you are in an area with poor signal, you may need to fall back to a cellular connection.
  • Reboot your iPhone or iPad.
  • Toggle WiFi off and on in Settings.
  • Reset your network settings by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
