Why can't I send out mass emails using my Bradley email account?

Google disables accounts that it sees as spamming--sending more emails in a short amount of time than is allowed per Google's limits policy.
Here are the limits per Google:

If you need to send out a mass email that would otherwise violate Google's limit policy, the following alternatives are available:
1. Send to a pre-existing group (where it makes sense) that exists in the student domain (think freshmen, sophomores, students (all), @mail.bradley.edu). That makes for a single addressee that is broken out after the message arrives at the destination domain.
2. Send through our on-campus mail server, mailhub.bradley.edu. This can be done with a mail client such as Thunderbird or Outlook. See the following article on how to use this method: https://itknowledgebase.tawk.help/article/how-do-i-set-up-my-fsmail-account-in-order-to-send-out-mass-mailings
3. Use Constant Contact. Jonathan Hurr can help you set this up if you don't currently have an "account". Reach out to [email protected] or by phone at extension 2818.
4. Send using the "classes" or "majors" system remailers where sending to a course, section, or all people with a given major or minor makes sense. This system does an immediate lookup in the registrar database and re-mails to everyone who meets the qualification set out in the formatted email address.
See this article for instruction on emailing majors and minors: https://itknowledgebase.tawk.help/article/how-do-i-send-email-to-all-majors-and-minors
