Google sets limits on the number of emails that you are allowed to send in one day.  You will need to make some changes to your Gmail, Google Account, and Outlook settings in order to facilitate the sending of mass mailings.

This FAQ applies to Faculty and Staff (FSMail) accounts only. Students who need to utilize mass mailings for student projects or other academic reasons should consult with their professors.

The following instructions can be used to configure your FSMail account for mass mailings:

1. Go to your FSMail account in your web browser of choice.

2. Click on the Settings Icon in the upper right corner of the window.

3. From the pop-up menu, select Settings.

4. In the Settings window, click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

5. Next to POP download, click the radio button for "Enable POP for all mail (even mail that's already been download)."

6. Next to IMAP access, click Enable IMAP.

7. Click Save Changes.

8. Click on the Google Apps Launcher in the upper left corner of the window.

9. Select Account, then Security from the menu on the right sidebar.

10. Scroll down to Less secure app access and turn it on.

11. Open Microsoft Office and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings.

12. Select your email account in the list of accounts, then click Change...

13. Change the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field to: mailhub.bradley.edu

14. Click the More Settings... button.
