Your iPad will be accompanied by a keyboard case which connects to the iPad via Bluetooth.
Pairing the Keyboard
1. On the iPad, open Settings > Bluetooth
2. Switch the green Bluetooth toggle off for a few seconds, then turn it back on. Any previously paired devices will show up under MY DEVICES, and other devices that are able to be paired will show up under OTHER DEVICES.

3. On the physical keyboard, locate the power switch (pictured below) and slide it towards you to power on the keyboard. The green LED comes on initially, but does not stay lit after powering on.

4. After powering on the keyboard, you will need to put the keyboard into pairing mode. To do so, you will need to press the [fn] + [C] keys together. The blue LED should illuminate and blink while in pairing mode.

6. If successful, you will see Dux Keyboard BT appear under MY DEVICES and the status should say Connected.

7. Your keyboard and trackpad should now work with the iPad!
