My email is locked but I can still log in to Canvas, Webster, and MyBU

This is usually caused by an attack on the email account, causing Google to lock the account. Follow these instructions to scan your device for malware, then submit a ticket with the IT Service Desk or call at (309) 677-2964 and give them your username. They will help you get your email account reset.
