I'm unable to access a website

Website access can be impacted by a number of things. Please check the following areas before reaching out to the service desk.

Domain Name Service Settings

Some websites, particularly ones managed by Bradley, can only be accessed if you are using the default DNS (Domain Name Service) on your device. Verify that you are using one that is automatically provided, versus one that you inputted in.

Network

Some Bradley websites can only be accessed on BUSecure, and as such will not work outside of the network. If you need to access a website off campus, we recommend installing the VPN. Instructions for that can be found here.

Browser

Some websites only work properly on Google Chrome. We recommend you install Chrome and use it as your primary browser, as Safari, Brave, Firefox, Edge, and other browsers may not work properly.
