How to clear browser data and cache

Google Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome
  2. At the top right, click More (see image below)
  3. Click More tools > Clear browsing data
  4. At the top, choose the Advanced tab, and for Time range, select All time.  
  5. Check ALL of the boxes under time range.
  6. Click Clear Data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. On your computer, open Firefox
  2. At the top right, click the menu button (see below) and click Settings
  3. Select the Privacy & Security category on the left
  4. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data...
  5. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
  6. Click Clear

Microsoft Edge

  1. On your computer, open Edge
  2. At the top right, click Settings and more button (see below) and click Settings
  3. Select the Privacy, search, and services category on the left
  4. Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear
  5. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
  6. Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
  7. Click Clear now

Safari

  1. On your computer, open Safari
  2. At the top, click History > Clear History
  3. In the pop-up menu, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All history
  4. Click Clear History
