How to clear browser data and cache

Google Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome
- At the top right, click More (see image below)
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- At the top, choose the Advanced tab, and for Time range, select All time.
- Check ALL of the boxes under time range.
- Click Clear Data.
Mozilla Firefox
- On your computer, open Firefox
- At the top right, click the menu button (see below) and click Settings
- Select the Privacy & Security category on the left
- Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data...
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
- Click Clear
Microsoft Edge
- On your computer, open Edge
- At the top right, click Settings and more button (see below) and click Settings
- Select the Privacy, search, and services category on the left
- Scroll down to the Clear browsing data section, click Choose what to clear
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes
- Click Clear now
Safari
- On your computer, open Safari
- At the top, click History > Clear History
- In the pop-up menu, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All history
- Click Clear History
