How do I enroll in the MFA program?

In order to get enrolled in the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) program, you will need to contact the Service Desk to create a ticket for enrollment, or send an email to [email protected] requesting enrollment.


In order to use the MFA application, RapidIdentity, you will need a smartphone.  Instructions on where to download the application are included in your enrollment email which you will receive within a few days of submitting a ticket.


If you do not wish to use your smartphone, or you have an outdated phone or flip phone, you may also request a hardware token.  The token is a small device, similar in size to a key fob, that will generate PIN codes for you in place of the app.


Please let us know whether or not you would like to use the application or hardware token when you contact us for enrollment.
