How do I add a Kyocera printer to a Windows computer?

Before You Begin:
- Computer must utilize an active wired connection or be connected to BUsecure to connect to printers on Bradley's network.
- The computers must be Bradley-owned. Copiers cannot to be installed onto personally owned machines. If you have any questions, contact the service desk.
Method 1: Using File Explorer Address Bar
1. Open File Explorer (Windows key + E)
2. In the address bar at the top, type the following:
- \\buds (if adding a Kyocera printer)
- \\satb (if adding a networked HP printer)
3. You will see a list of available printers with names (example: brd200mfp)

5. Windows will automatically begin the printer installation process
6. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the installation
7. Once the process is complete, a print queue window will appear.

Method 2: Using Print Dialogue
1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners
2. Click Add device

3. When viewing available printers, click "Add a new device manually" (usually at bottom of list)

4. In the printer path field, type the following:
- For a Kyocera printer, type \\buds\ followed by your specific printer name (Example: \\buds\brd200mfp)
- For an HP printer, type \\satb\ followed by your specific printer name (Example: \\satb\oli340hpc)

5. Click Next
6. Follow the installation prompts
7. Click Finish
