Off-campus Access to Library Services

EZProxy is the Library's proxy server for off-campus access to library's online resources.
If you are having trouble reaching library services from an off-campus network, the following troubleshooting steps should be taken:
- Your current Bradley status determines your login. The library uses — but has no control of — your Bradley status.
- If you are currently taking a class or are a current employee or faculty emeritus, but have received an error message saying that your status is not current:
- Online students should contact [email protected].
- On-campus students should contact the Registrar's Office.
- Faculty and staff should contact Robert Parker by email at [email protected].
- If you do not see the "Bradley University Library User Authentication" login screen, email [email protected].
Do not contact the Library for help with this issue. We recommend reaching out to the aforementioned points of contact, or you can reach the Service Desk at (309) 677-2964 and we can redirect your call to the appropriate department.
