I was just hired by Bradley, when will I have access to my account including my email?

New hires at Bradley will need to wait approximately 24-48 hours (or longer during busy periods such as just before Fall semester) after their paperwork has been submitted to HR before their electronic accounts are created and ready to use. The process is automated, and will be run nightly. If, after 48 hours, you still do not have access to your account or email, please contact the IT Service Desk at (309) 677-2964 and a support ticket will be opened on your behalf.
