How do new students get their account activation information?

With the exception of international graduate students, all new students get their Account Activation information electronically through Slate. International graduate students receive their EIA information when the student checks in with the graduate school office who will then issue the letter.


If a new student asks for an EIA letter because they have forgotten their log in information, we will send the letter to their home or they can pick it up at the desk. If they pick it up at the desk, they must show proper ID (student ID, State ID, or Drivers License).


International graduate students should check with the graduate school office at (309) 677-2375.
